Thanks Bodhi,

Water is actually dribbling out in a pretty constant stream. That would tell me that the other bolt isn't completely holding it on that well.

I think that I will drain the radiator and maybe the block just to be safe. I can always refill the system later, but I don't want a major mess on the garage floor.

I might replace the gasket while I'm in there. I'm sure that it's not all that new and the movement while removing the York bracket will do nothing positive for it's condition.
