That's too bad, I'd imagine that varies greatly depending on the rep. I wouldn't think it would be too difficult to schedule a meeting at your chosen site and time, but then again customer service is one of our (company's) main selling points. Our rep. made a special trip to meet with our delivery driver who is rarely in house during normal business hours.
