this is actually next years project. seeing how tall I can get vine bearing plants and how far up they'll produce. I've planted (on the reccomended fashion) the 3 sisters with the corn. Squash, whose broad leaves will shade the soil and keep it moist, Corn, and beans who will re nitrify the soil the corn uses. and as an added bonus the corn becomes a trellis for the beans. too soon to tell how this will work.
