A safe jack point in the rear is where the suspension wishbone joins together. Place the jackstand under the pad at the lower corner of each rear door (right under the hole for the factory jack).
Under the front, put a block of wood on top of your jack so you don't damage the frame, then jack under the frame. Place the jackstands at the lower corner of the front doors where there is a pad.
Jack the front end first, and make sure the car is in gear with the e-brake on. Also, chock the front and back of all four wheels until the car is completely off the ground.
If possible, it's best to have a helper present to alert you to any shifting which may occur as you're jacking. It's challenging and takes a good bit of time to jack all four corners of the car off the ground. Take your time and be safe.
