Another way to look at it was if Walker had let everyone know what he was planning on doing after he was elected he might not have been elected and then there would also be no recall.

Walker bought this on himself while trying to serve his corporate Masters and not the people of WI, and if he loses the upcoming election he will have no one but himself to blame.
