It's one of the oldest universities in the world. It's the engine that drives the French intelligentsia. Equivalent to our finest ivy leagues and Cambridge and Oxford. It's funny, all I see is my little girl, sweet and comical. I hardly know this side of her. She won't let me read her entrance essay, says I know enough French that it would embarrass her. She thinks more of my French than my teachers did!

My only visit to France was Provence. I look forward to seeing much more. The trick will be binding Mrs B for the plane trip. She doesn't travel well. I think Xanax is in order.
