Heck yeah! I use them!
And one of my biggest pet peeves are those drivers that don't care to do so...especially when cutting over into your lane at what I consider not ample enough space!
Sometimes unfortunately, I get to watch those drivers that don't use signals for quite a ways, and have noticed that they are lacking in a variety of other driver skills and courtesies...
. So maybe there is a connection...
