One week away. I haven't got the training in I wanted to but I'm definitely in better shape than I was in January. I wonder what the rules are for that, and what kind of grip is at the top?

It seems that if 3 people lay in a line feet to shoulders, with the top person grabbing the edge, the rest of the team could climb up a human ladder, and pull the last person up?
