And, no, she wasn't smoking hot, but I found her to be an attractive middle-age woman. In no way was I being argumentive with her. It was a pleasant talk and nothing more.

It might be true that a small percentage goes towards their admin considering that there might be a large amount of contributors. I guess the question I would need to ask you is this. IF you were to work as their CEO, what do YOU expect to make? Doesn't "Non-profit group" mean they are not trying to make money for investors and owners? If so, it doesn't mean the admin runs for free or below par even. Even at 300K, it isn't much for a CEO of any good sized organization. Considering they are a worldwide organization, or at least send people and ships out to disturb others, I'd say it is reasonably sized and not just 20 guys in a shack that gather on Wed nights. So once again, what is it YOU would expect to get paid if you were hired as a CEO of a company of that magnitude? I would expect more than $200K. For that kind of money, if you called me and offered me such a job, I'd laugh at you before I hung up.
TTIWWP.
Personally, I don't really care for their tactics.
