I also am having this issue. Sometimes (more times then I would like) the left low beam won't come on.

I switched out the fuse (#13) and tested it with a meter. I changed the bulb. High beam works fine. But no low beam. I tested the voltage at the socket and there is no voltage. There looks to be a little corrosion where the low beam goes, but I scraped it off and jiggled, no change.

Have you found the solution?

Could be the actual switch inside the car?
