I do agree that killing an unborn fetus is murder for lack of a better description. In the early stages the fetus is merely a glob of cells, later on it has a heart beat etc. Until the fetus has the ability to survive out side the womb the woman in my opinion must have absolute control over her body. I do not consider this 'murder' in the same what that killing a person out side of the womb. When the fetus becomes viable the issue does change but as a male, I do not believe I am in the position to tell a woman what she can or cannot do with her body. I may not agree with it but it is not my business nor my right to impose my beliefs on her.

Killing a fetus is murder in the same way that executing a criminal is murder. If we are going to use the same word for both actions then I am more OK with the terminology.
