this is why I suggested my 86 jetta diesel as the travel vehicle, since 35 mph is what it can do for maximum fuel efficiency.
That was rejected, no AC, and "economy at the expense of comfort, no thanks"
Looks like we can jump over to 85 easily from a bunch of points in case we get bored. Ill have to see what she says, I have driven the entire coastal Highway 1 down CA, from start to finish just to do it, and didn't get bored, but I was on my own.
