I would suggest just the city and a description of where the car is, but it is also possible that just posting the photo and state would be enough. If I post a photo and someone wants more info they can PM me. This way the info is not up there long after it has gone stale.

Further specific location information needs to be by PM...

If it is in view from public access, and you don't go on private property = you have the right to photograph...

* If you can identify the vehicle, please do.

* If you snap a shot of a cool vehicle but can't identify, don't worry..
