W115 Caliper Bolt Retainer Problem

After several years of waiting I have my 240D /3.0 back in my garage but not after driving it home from the DAS shipping depot and noticing that I had no brake pressure close to home because the right front caliper was dragging ever so slightly and causing it to overheat and smoke! I let it cool and then drove it home the rest of the way.

After reaching home, I jacked the car up and the calipers were stuck and was able to free both inner and outer pistons but cannot push them back in no matter what I do. I think they're crusty and up for retirement so I am trying to remove them to replace them.

I can remove the upper bolt but the lower bolt has some sort of anti-spin retainer on it? It is somewhat obscured by the grime which I tried to scrape away as much as possible but. Is there a proper way of removing that so I can remove the lower 19mm bolt without tearing the bolt head up and stripping it?
