hi.. i need a little help on my 93 mercedes 190 e 2.6, question is how many volts suppose to come from the idle control valve plug. the reason i ask is because my icv idle drops when i unplug the thing. someone say that the engine suppose to rise when that is unplug is that true thanks for you time.
