Hey Frank!

Look under the car behind the rear axle, next to the wheelwell. The drains will be pretty much inline with the left and right side of the sunroof. Once you look under there, you'll see em. Don't know about 'blowing' them out...I'd be tempted to stick some wire up there and see what you get.
