Go to the top of this page and click on the Buy Parts button, then select Special Tools. Choose Section 05, "Cylinder Head, Engine Timing." At the bottom of the first page in Section 05, the very last tool is the one you want.

In addition to following the other removal/insertion instructions posted here, be sure to thoroughly clean the pins with fine steel wool before installing them and make sure the holes are clean and free of debris.
I would like to ask the opinion of other forumites on the wisdom (or lack of same) of putting a tiny film of oil or anti-seize on the pins before installing.
