Well stated but my point concerning those two is seeing that Buffet is retired(more or less) and not drawing an income(Romney) too for that matter, the tax rates placed on those folks( which would include ANYONE drawing money from a 401k) is less because it's a capital gain/return on investment.

IMHO until there is a flat tax,with the removal of all deductions the uber wealthy will always pay less as a percentage then us working slobs.

They say money can't buy happiness but it's a he'll of a lot more comfortable to cry in a mansion than a cardboard box!
