I just wanted to add, that, I believe, I paid in the 25 to 30 dollar range for the replacement I bought. You cannot tell the new one from the old Hirshman antennae. They are both S.S. They can't rust-out. The one the other mentioned rusted-out must have been a really sub-rate one. I did replace the grommet on the fender, as well as, the one underneath. The one on the outside of the fender was really the only one needing replacing. It was getting cracked. You can shop around and get one for around a 10 spot. It's about a 15 minute job to replace the mast. I think, it's worth it to replace the mast. I see some really dingy looking substitutes out there from time to time!
