Basically, instead of barracks, lets just call them camps. Then we can start putting anyone we find undesirable in there as well, as determined by Potentate LB. Then I guess the next step would be that since these camps still cost a bunch of money to support, we might start getting rid of the inmates in cost effective methods. Ooo, how about we gas them?

No the barracks would be QUITE luxurious compared to the jails. The cost of my jails would be very low. Take about a ten acre square, put tall concertina wire fence with gaurd towers all around. THEN for the industrious ones among them, and to show my compassion, I will provide some loads of building material for the industrious ones to build shelters for themselves. Sorry, no TV in the prisons. They are places that people DO NOT want to return to.
