If you go the refinish route, you may be able to adapt a more standard piece with more holes.

Maybe buy or pull a damaged one (check for the rear pin) and recover it with a veneer. Only don't cut out the unused holes for your car from the new veneer. If you're going black plastic on the console, then almost any veneer would do and just use a black stain and maybe a matte finish on the wood so it's not uber-glossy compared to the console.
