You have a 3:69 ratio and going to a 3:07 may work ok for you in Florida.

The install isn`t too hard to do. When you find the Diff., be sure to pull the spedo from the donor car, they are geared together. If you don`t change the spedo, and keep the 240`s, it will work, but wont be accurate.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.
