One time while out picking blueberries my dogs were in the underbrush and all of a sudden went to raising all kinds of heck and running out chased by a coyote. Both of the dogs were a little bigger than the coyote but had tucked tail hauling butt out of there. I was kinda surprised that the dogs did not try to go around with it. I guess the coyote was out to kill and all the dogs wanted to do was chase tennis balls. I yelled out and shot towards the coyote and he turned tail and went the other way.
