I try to exercise regularly. It is harder when I am busy. If I were operating under the plan I would swim monday wed and friday....I swim about 20 minutes at a moderate pace.
Tuesday and thursday I would do about 1.3 miles on the treadmill. That is about 3.6 mph for 22 minutes. I also stretch my back, do some pushups and do specific lifting exercises which benefit my bum right shoulder.
Being summer now I often will walk on the street since the weather is so beautiful in the morning.
If I don't swim at least once a week I get pretty sore....especially my back.
