Here's where maybe I'm sticking my nose in your business, but just take it for what it's worth.
In twelve years of school through high school, my Dad moved us seemingly ALL the time! I went to 12 schools in those 12 years. When I moved where I am now, my oldest was halfway through the first grade and I pledged never to move them while they were in school and I honored that pledge.
Just make SURE you know what it's involved with moving the kids.
You are doing the right thing in thinking this over thoroughly. It's a tough and serious decision. I offer the very best of luck with it.

Good advice, that we're already thinking of. As a child, dad moved us about 15 different times...I went to 10 different schools over the years. It is tough the kids, I know from experience.
I'm looking at a job that I'd be VERY happy doing what comes easily to me, and making a great amount of money doing it. If you don't like your job, it's time to look for something else. I'm not a big fan of where I work, even though the OT is plentiful and the benefits are good...the work sucks and is very time consuming.
In the end...it will be whatever provides the kids with the best education and situation that makes the decision.
