When I felt the need to loose some weight I just skipped 1 meal and reduced the fat contient on the other 2.No breakfast,a salad for lunch with tuna or chicken ,and then a portioned out dinner of meat ,veggies and some bread.I found your urge for fatty foods is reduced as your weight drops ,28 lbs loss was realized after 4 months .Fruit was added in between meals just to keep the day going.For adding some fat cheese is Ok ,just not packaged processed ,maybe the deli cheese sliced then packaged.Most mexican food causo is velveta melted down with water to keep it liquid ,fried floor with sauces and meats makes most of these meals delisiouso just not good for a sustainable weight.
