Can't remember where I read it; that people who live in Jerkwater are TWICE as likely to be wrongfully prosecuted for a crime they did not commit than people who live in the big city. There is far more exposure in Jerkwater to other a** holes who may find any little reason under the sun to go after you. remember, people are jerks and given the opportunity they will live up to their reputation. things really are getting worse all over.
