Well...Arrangements have been made for my wife and I to spend the first three days of July in Savannah, GA. They've sent me the reservation information, and will be giving me standard IRS mileage for us to drive there.

I insisted on bringing my wife along, because she is a HUGE part of the decision making process...if Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.

Anyway, the second phone interview went extremely well last week. Oddly enough, I know one of the guys I spoke with during the conference call. We've worked at many of the same places and with many of the same people, so my reputation in the trade has truly preceded me...which is a good thing.

After this step, comes the offer and negotiations, which I'm looking forward to.

Our real estate agent is going to come over tonight to take a look at the improvements we've made to this property, and to discuss what a good asking price will be for it.
