Hello

The other day left catalytic con. Cracked by the weld. Today took it to the dealer I was told that it was replaced in 2005 do to recall for the same reason faulty welds. They will call me tommorow MB has to approve the repairs.
Any other actions I can take if they don't approve the repair?
