Dan,
I will check the switch as you mentioned, that may be the problem. I did check the relay, and I even switched the relay from the rear fog lights to the front and it made no difference. The rears still operated, but not the fronts. The only foglights are on the brush-guard, and I never changed to higher wattage bulb.
