I thought it was an interesting issue. Never thought of it (not a guys issue) but seeing the picture and hearing why she wants too it makes sense. We hear woman and we automatically seem to assume she needs a top. With out her breasts and seeing her shirt hair she could pass for a male some what easily. But as she said, because she is a female there is a different standard.

I'm glad the Seattle Parks and Recreation Dept changed their mind and allowed her to swim. I think this country is far to uptight about sex anyway and perhaps she will be able to chip away at that phobia as well.
