Why not make the display of any nipples (regardless of whom they're attached to {*}) legal? It's legal in NY state, not always obeyed by NYPD unfortunately.

{*} - OK, maybe if they're attached to fembots they should stay illegal. But that's generally covered under firearms laws already.
