You have no idea the impact on women and their families when they get breast cancer and go thru reconstruction, some women elect not to. The association of the female as a nurturing life source starts and ends with the breast. A woman's identity as this life source begins and ends with the breast. Once that identity is cut off, literally, everything changes. Are women still women without breasts? How would you act or react if you saw a topless woman (without tata's) at a pool or on the beach?
