I wasn't much overweight to begin however. I upped my strength training a little and kept cardio the same. It's a "diet" I can stick with too, a little more tweaking and I could lose another 5 lbs, but I'd be getting real skinny.
I've increased my activity, and ride the CardioRider for an hour a day, once in the morning and again in the evening.

I ignore the doctor's charts, because they say I should weigh about 175...that's impossible for me, as I have a VERY broad chest (think size 55 sports coat) even when I way less than I do now. If I were to get that low in weight, I'd be skin and bones with no muscle.

I'm at my best when I weigh about 220. At that weight, I have a 34 waist. I'm not interested in rock hard abs, never really have been.

I'm was about 20 pounds over that mark when I started the medications. i gained a bit over 50 since then. A total of 80 pounds to lose is my goal, and I hope to get there within 12 months.

From what I've read, and what my chiropractor has witnessed, I should be able to reach that goal, just by the diet alone. Add in the cardio and walking, then is should be real easy to hit.
