Check the start coil for the compressor, it might be out. Run water over the outside unit, coils make sure they are clean, check to see if the compressor is iced up. These things will affect the performance, I'd have someone come out and check the refrigerant levels too just to be safe. One thing that went on ours was a control board inside the outside unit (older style) I hope you get it fixed, Florida sucks with no ac.... Ours is set to 85... I dont like it
