She said they had the ac charged 3 or so years ago due to a small leak or something. ThatMight be an issue. The coils inside do not appear to be dirty at all. New filters every month as well

I did kill the power while I inspected the inside. How would the coil even come out. It looks like its not easy to without evacuating the system
