Obviously at 100%, I'll take it. However, at a lower percentage, there will be some thought. What can I afford? If I can afford $10000, then at that percentage that comes to that, I'll take it. So say it is $50000 and you pick up 80%, it is sold since 20% is what I can afford.
PS. I'm a little upset. You are willing to give David that great gift because he is Jewish? What would you give me for conversion to Judaism? I can't be born a Jew but I can convert for the right price. As Michael Douglas said in "Romancing the Bone", "I'm not cheap but I can be had" or words to that effect.
