That sounds pretty boring and very car dependent. Within that approximate radius I've got six restaurants, four bars, a coffee shop, a butcher, two pharmacies, a parts store, three mechanic shops, two churches, two smoke shops, two or three gas stations, a laundromat, and a grocery store. Were it not for the need to get to work, I wouldn't really need a car.
