Picked up a 1980 280SLC. I seen this car a few years back when the owner called me up for some parts. Well he hasn't had time to work on it and sold it to me.

There is an oil leak, and it scared me at first, seeing oil bubbling out but I'm hoping it's the internal vent or something stupid. Car has 76K miles on it.

The oil is leaking out from where the arrow is pointed.

Anyone experience this type problem.

Car drives nicely, has ALOT of pep for 2.8 liters (chirps tires between 1 and 2)

gotta find some electrical gremlins too. sunroof doesn't open, no dash lights

Chassis is 107.022 so not sure if the service manual that I have will be of any use.
