What a mess. She took it to her cousins shop and now one of the mechanics are saying it needs a "pop-off" valve? I cant even find one, nor even know what it is! They replaced the HVAC unit in the dash and that was not the problem, which I never thought it was. They are wanting to replace this and that. They are good on cars and body repairs, but I dont think they are A/C pros on German cars.

We went the other day to get some things out of it (still there at the shop) and he raised the hood to show me what it was and you could tell they had spewed all of the freon out of it and it was full when we took it down there to start with. I dont know how much they are going to charge, I think we are going after it tomorrow and tell them not to worry about it and take it to a Mercedes shop where someone actually knows what it may be. Mmm mmm mmm. What a mess.
