But it is surly needed here. Good to hear there are some good "ol mercedes" mechanics out there that love working on them. SirNik84 and I have done some repairs to his and enjoyed the heck out of it. Looking forward to another mercedes, full size this time, in the home.

Welcome to the forum, Peggy. One word of advice I would like to point out is that if you get the windows tinted, have it done by a real professional. Spend the extra money so you don't have windows that look like mine with the film bubbled, cracked and peeling off. Now I have to find a way to get it off and not destroy the heater coils on the rear window. I have a feeling it is going to be a real pain in the kiester.
Good luck and I hope the car treats you well.
Oh, and we have an In-N-Out place in Dallas. I've never been but I hear it is the rage in CA. Whataburger is pretty good, though.
