I'm temporarily using a gauze/oil filter on my conversion. The coupler I'm using is this one from Spectre Performance.
Here's the current setup. As you can see, I'm pretty tight on space too.
I'm in the process of replacing the gauze/oil filter setup with a paper filter, but it's not installed as of yet. Here's a link to the design
