The records are not sealed to everyone- they are sealed from those whom BHO/BS does not allow to see. There is a difference- but we've gone beyond that already so let's not backtrack. Why is/was BHO/BS restricting the access to a great part of his past? Given that he is a politician there is great likelihood the reason he is restricting access is that he would be brought down or damaged by the information. It's certainly one of the top reasons why politicians (and humans in general) will not release records- effectively sealing them. It's not privy to one party or another. Understanding that politicians will hide embarrassing information on both (or all) sides of the aisle and then setting your own political views aside the issue becomes sticky and a detriment to BHO as a person and as a candidate.
