That's fair, it is a ridiculous hypothetical; nevertheless, thinking about it can give us some perspective. I think it's fair to say that one thing that would be different with McCain is that he wouldn't have wasted any time getting us into war with Iran. He was practically giddy at the prospect. I think that, and his choice of VP cost him a lot of votes.
What the heck were we talking about? I forget.
