Please be aware that MB dealers now sell reconditioned ignition control units (EZL/AKR's) for the 104 engines. As with other reconditioned parts there is a core charge that is credited to your account once the old part is returned. Not sure how long MB has been able to recondition the ignition control units, but 6 years ago they weren't available and my daughter had to buy a new one for $2,300.
