Sunroof will be on the same fuse as a couple other things. In my car the sunroof is on the same fuse as the cigarette lighter and the stereo. I made the mistake onetime of trying to use a ford cigarette lighter (don't know why now...) and it popped the fuse. So I guess what I'm leading to is if it is the fuse there will be other things in the car not working along with it.
Probably a burnt out motor (my car is on its 3rd sunroof motor, including the one from the factory).
