I have a 1987 300SDL that I am pulling the exhaust, engine and trans out of to use in another project. It needs paint, but is rust free. VERY clean body. Interior decent except front seats are ripped up a bit. Carpet nice, door panels decent, and no rust. It's a very solid rolling chassis, but I installed a low mileage engine to test in it for a few months to test it and fix any leaks...etc. before it goes into it's new home, a 1991 350SD that is about perfect other than a cracked piston. So, if you are interested, I'm near Roanoke VA. I'm planning on parting the car out, so if you want it before that, or want the rust free shell after it's stripped, just let me know. I would like to see it used rather than crushed. Clear title in hand, and currently registered and driven.
