Getting hold of an m119 unit is easy, there are 3 that I know of for sale as I type. The problem is none are local to me, and the breakers yards cant be bothered to measure one for me.
Fuel flow is no problem, as I can get all I would ever need out of the existing metering head. On the m104 engine we want to fit it to, each cylinder is 600cc, the m119 cylinders are each 625cc, so it would be a good match.
The 2 spare ports on the metering head would be used for mixture enrichment under boost presure, or simply closed off for now.
I could do this with the m117 unit I already have, but I suspect the design of the m119 unit is slightly better, hence my question about the afm size.
