It was dirty and stopped up. I actually found a screw driver tip that fit the slotted screw. It cam with a small box of junk tip I had thrown in the tool box a couple years ago.

It's clean now and time for a fillup and bottle of Starbrite or whatever that stuff is that's supposed to kill vermin.
