My loving wife has 4 points on her license, I have none. I contacted Progressive, like I do every 6 months, to see what I can do to lower the premium, and to add my 16 year old to the policy. They told me that to add her, the premium would increase $1000 for a 6 month policy. I told them that this was unacceptable. After using a few choice words to explain how they weren't kissing me before screwing me, they hung up on me.

I contacted an independent agent, who was able to get me a good policy, saving me $200 a month in the process, and then they told me that my daughter didn't need listed, as she only has her junior permit, not a normal license.

The only reason I was using Progressive is that I've been with them for 10 long years. The premium went up when I added my wife to my policy, since her driving record is so bad. I knew the cost was high, but I didn't think it was THAT high.

Minimum coverage on the Explorer and one of the F-250s, which they are listed as pleasure vehicles since I don't put more than 6k on them a year, and full coverage with $100/$100 on the Tahoe, and it's now only going to cost me $152 and change a month.

The 107 is covered by Haggerty, and that's not going to change.
